Sheet 02 · Countries A to Z · updated 14 Oct 2026
Country records with sources
Every country in the grid as a full record: the law that applies, each status with its note, the source we read and the date we checked it.
This sheet holds the same data as the grid, written out as one record per country. Each record names the law that applies, gives every cell its status and a short explanation, and links the source we read with the date we read it. Use the letter codes below to jump to a country.
The columns are the same everywhere. Mushrooms means fresh or dried fruiting bodies. Truffles are sclerotia, the underground form that Dutch smartshops sell. Spores contain no psilocybin; a laboratory study of Psilocybe cubensis found none of the active compounds in its spores (Gotvaldová et al., 2021). Grow kits are substrate already colonised by mycelium. Possession is the consequence for holding a small amount for your own use.
Where a law only bans the substance psilocybin and does not say whether material that contains it is covered, the truffle cell stays unverified. Where no law text, court ruling or public body mentions spores or grow kits, those cells stay unverified too, with a note on the rule that comes closest. Nothing here is legal advice.
